Jefferson County will be hosting two meetings to seek community input on two grant applications. One with the state’s Flood Management Control Assistance Account Program and the other with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities. Grant funding will be used to implement our Comprehensive Flood Management Plan and is the foundation for future grant opportunities. Both grants aim to improve public health and safety.
We know there are many options and ideas on how to do this, and we want to hear your ideas.
