Come and join Dan Ventura, owner of Cove RV & North Hood Canal Chamber of Commerce President, and Una Wirkebau at the pavilion at Cove RV this Friday for an informal chat.
A huge grant has been applied for under the federal RECOMPETE program, and we'd all like to hear some ideas on how to help South County. This will be focused on removing the barriers to living-wage employment. this could mean educational opportunities, transportation assistance, childcare, and anything else that limits resident access to careers and employment.
