- The Jefferson County Planning Commission has regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:30 PM Meetings may be added or canceled as needed and will be noticed at least 24 hours in advance. - As of January 2025, the regular Planning Commission meetings are held in the classroom associated with WSU Extension - Jefferson County:
- 97 Oak Bay Road, Port Hadlock, WA 98339 Note: The WSU Extension classroom is located in the building adjacent to and to the left of the main office (at 121 Oak Bay Road).
- Additionally, specific meetings may be held in other locations throughout the county (e.g., Brinnon, Quilcene, Gardiner). See particular Planning Commission agendas to confirm meeting locations.
