Join Shirley Williams and Rachel Rutledge for an introduction to the Hospice Foundation for Jefferson Healthcare and a presentation about Living Wills (Advance Health Directives). Learn the steps you need to take to create your Living Will, ask questions and get answers, and begin filling out a Living Will during the class.

Registration for this event will be open from March 1, 2024 @ 12:00am to March 13, 2024 @ 1:30pm.
