To give the voters of South County an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the August ballot, a Voter Information Event is being held on Thursday, June 25, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Quilcene Fire Rescue’s Station 21, 70 Herbert Street in Quilcene. Present will be all four County Commissioner candidates, as well as a representative for each of the three levy measures. Food and beverages will be provided.
Are you retired, or just looking for a way to give back and make new friends? Do you have a special skill you would like to share? There are many ways to volunteer around the community, and we can help you to get in touch with an organization in need of an extra hand.
